Paleo Chocolate Frosting

Here is a quick and easy recipe for paleo chocolate frosting, using unrefined coconut sugar instead of processed white sugar for a more health-concious but equally delicious version of classic chocolate frosting.

Ingridients

3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
1 cup Softened Butter
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Canned Coconut Cream (chilled overnight in refrigerator) This is a good brand

Instructions

Blend coconut sugar into powder using a food processor
Whisk powdered coconut sugar and butter in a mixing bowl
Gradually add in cocoa powder while mixing
Add coconut cream and continue to mix until a smooth texture is achieved
